Kevin ‘Loveman’ Nash is the chap responsible for the production and instrumentation, and his is a feel that wallows in the acoustic, that lives for the groove and with a quality singer like Rosie at the
helm, what we have here is echoes of those golden Chapter 8/Anita moments. The 12” flips to reveal a more understated, less effective rendering alongside a more middling love song, but frankly the damage has been done with the sublime piece of shimmering soul that sits on top, and
on ton of the pile.
